In this program, I’ll guide you through lots of different happiness skills. You’ll learn a little bit
about how to practice all of them. Then you choose what you like. If you choose to do what you
really enjoy, you’ll feel more empowered, motivated, and you’ll likely make more progress in the
long term. And, if a skill is really boring or uninspiring for you, you don’t have to do it! Start with
skills that are more fun. Come back to the other skills later, once you’ve reached a plateau and
want to continue growing. You’ll make better progress because you’re doing what you want to
do, not what you are supposed to do.
